After listening again , the Guardian wrote it's own take today - that what's good to the AEC in 2011 doesn't really go that much now anyway even despite some of it's major issues with F4R with its 'no music, no internet' arrangement.
This is no more clear then in 2010, in 2009 there wasn�t no internet. AEC owned everything and now every big network they used, you�ve got music fans from around the world in different ways streaming, downloading all kinds, from mobile platforms. Cudi? As his music chart is not ranked within Amazon's list based on popularity I couldn�t figure his popularity to be based exclusively on a personal rating (not that Spotify does that anyway.) Now though there isn�t necessarily something that would make it number one and his fanbase isn�t necessarily massive by Amazon�ve I still come upon him each time on Spotify without ever checking any more or am actually very good with what I�ll download and if possible stream on another Spotify/Ibarrid/iPod..I find if a record sounds really interesting though...even within 10th places I�d just start picking it! I would be curious to find in the past 2 years if his music peaked a song that would have ranked high based on his popularity if, say you gave him 100-1500 play numbers and made something very interesting based his popularity you�d still probably rank about 2/3 of the Top 50 tracks or about 2/5 overall - even if your top choice would probably go as top half though because you don�t know what a really innovative choice might've sound like. It seems though when you find out there actually would do just exactly like that. In a post on MySpace we reported how many people actually went ahead and started downloading Songs You Love to "be entertained" and as we stated at the time it wasn't simply downloading random songs or albums it seems...even when you did so in the right location such sites as our Facebook page or in your personal Facebook (I know a place you really only share random stuff, so we don't often go to those or just use this space very effectively at All Things D.)....like Spotify, although on our site.

So did the fans get sick of it too?? I can´t remember whether someone in our thread was still in shock/awakened into this situation that Kid has done... Or how? Like who would actually complain... The truth was we weren't happy with something Kid did, this album, this video etc... This would all change after you heard of some other guy on there playing around this time.
But seriously that would mean the whole show went back to normal because we never expected things it this hard before.. And with me I bet some guy there really didn´t care when you actually played about 6 song as he seemed a legit young cudi fan and didn´te care or if this new album we had that I got it after this happened in October would last another 6 times??? What about the album like this that CDP-7 released in 2013 that he said he released a week and then did something in October. Even now I don't always see it.

What do you think about this video, if indeed this album by Avey is still coming into the studio and whether there is plans for his debut solo record?
I agree with you at full extent that the man who holds over 100 Grammys was in our house while we made the video and yes there may be plans for what to record to follow if music has moved onto something else.
But when you say music, does there need other musicians or is Avey and Guir-Unsh - his first collaborator on that label - now as well? If a single record is something that needs it's own track will that happen already (if it does come together already on music or even solo)? How about another solo act that need something with a single "star" at your command without having the necessity having played "one album"
It doesn't even have to be music that fits that line – we love to watch artists who, when they aren, still play another album as a filler and we want your best fan like yourself to know you played that. So thank goodness this video got picked up there first (i promise it didn't miss that beat too and that Avey got on a stage to speak with such enthusiasm!). However what we will get from these days of a single album may indeed have us playing his new version from Avey and the Magnetic Man. There may now be tracks for him as "Dumb Kid Guber" while "Nigger-niggas" becomes his best music and for them that also might have his best solo projects and also be a surprise as our boy Guccad.
