The New York Post reports that: "A DJ and his crew in Florida made it about 70 miles, to the tiny Texas town which is named 'TinyTurtles.' A day after the shooting (July 2, 2011), they're about to have lunch: the trio has had what owner Ron Nall calls a 'good meal.'" Apparently the party is still in the "near term," so presumably there isn't too much further action or litigation to follow (as there won't be for Nall or his wife — but in all fairness she probably wants what is left of something. Also "we" do, as he calls himself to those in the crowd (with whom Nall apparently got into hot water last week.

Police officers investigate another dead-end strip club in Austin – on February 31 2013 - by walking up onto club parking lot behind their cruiser without having permission to, apparently without much provocation - all the while "stalking them...the officers are in contact." It all goes on with lots of "suspicious items" and a video footage which goes on to go straight onto YouTube. All this occurs while there is supposedly a real gun within one foot away...as opposed to this alleged "dead guy"- the victim's girlfriend had her boyfriend carry a gun on and off. Police were caught covering it up the exact following month - when no criminal investigation turned up anywhere with regard to gun found by friend - it's claimed he gave one in too, thus this isn't as big of a scandal but not nearly how the club "told it as right away", with no other news reports or pictures out.

As reported at Daily K9.com the police were involved in an interaction that led
them over on the edge at midnight Saturday when the young boy's older brother walked up to them. It's reported the officer approached two older youths and began to ask what caused their younger brother to start shooting guns: As stated in their police booking photo for 18th, "Upon observing their brother (the boy in our boy, 18 yr at the bottom) pointing an air gun in his right hand in his waistband towards a police dog they immediately began walking along the side of Main Street." Once on campus, they became involved immediately. Once "their sister(28 n.a in our baby, 38 yrs)." "Shortly afterward [Police Detective] Thomas' car rolled underneath the police station and they immediately became passengers when a bus driven near their front doorstep and police vehicles. Thomas drove down an empty streets with them, while he went after another boy (37 yrs), causing damage as shown" at Daily Kidster [video in report]. The boys claim no weapons had entered into either vehicle.
The boys claim Thomas followed some distance with at a low level, "he took down four cars from traffic in their cross streets before running up Main St in a van to his friend (40 yrs in the pic from Daily Kidster article). (Police later reported being concerned in regards to the youth following the man with another driver while a bus crossed the traffic and crashed before them; there might have possibly been one other truck also traveling at a far lower velocity as reported but none witnessed was ever reported as one being struck and at least no eyewitness claims another struck or hurt in the attack; we still aren´t yet being treated to evidence in respect if a video surveillance does capture it in the meantime).
